Hi guys. Do you have a final decision on what’s what with this property now? Few progress pictures. Been a very good week.
RIP out it complete.
Walls are sealed with sbr and are getting scratch coated today. Electrician coming Tuesday to start the first fix.
Couple of things.
Roofer has quoted 1900 to remove the both chimneys. The next door has agreed to pay £600 towards this. I need to know over weekend now about walls beeing taken down or anything moving 100%. Also Howdens coming Tuesday to measure kitchen. I will send kitchens they design over in spec budget. Thank you 🙏

Hiya guys,
Sorry for the delay in getting back to you! First week back after Christmas was manic.
We’ve had a set back last week where one of the boys was hospitalised unfortunately, and he’s not due back into work until later this week. This has obviously had a knock on effect as the other boys are already at capacity with their workloads!
We’re completing the downstairs rewire and sinking in the rad pipes in downstairs this week. From Monday we’ll have the plasterers on site cracking on. Apologies again! I appreciate it’s not the news you want but rest assured we’re working as quickly as we can! Will keep you updated
